But truthfully? You spent all your life gaining this weight and you expect to lose them all after working for a week or month? You got to be kidding me right? If you want to lose weight, you work for it.
You might not see the results right away, but you’re damm wrong if it think nothing is changing. It is, you get stronger mentally and physically with each passing day. So don’t give up just yet, success will be yours one day!
